I have created a CSV File (UTF-8) with TextEdit.
When I open this file with the editor of a Windows PC, the CSV File an ANSI-Code.
Is there any possibility that the CSV File remains with the origin UTF-8 code?

For the Windows editor to automatically recognize the file as UTF-8, it needs to be encoded as "UTF-8 with BOM". I think TextEdit lacks this option. You could try saving with the free TextWrangler instead, which can do this. Or modify the settings of the Windows app to open things as UTF-8. Or save in TextEdit as UTF-16 (or of course WIndows Latin 1 = ANSI) should work.
Thanks a lot. There is also an other option how to save a file with the TextEditor encoded as "UFT-8":
1) Open the file
2) Dublicate the file
3) Save as...
4) FileName.csv and encoding as "UFT-8"
