I want Justcloud removed from my applications

I have seen a couple of posts similar to this but my problem is different slightly. I downloaded the trial of just cloud and decided it wasn't for me so I am using dropbox instead. I have no problem removing Justcloud from my applications and emptying the trash while its in there either. The problem is when I restart my computer there is a placeholder in the applications menu for justcloud still. no matter how many time i delete it, when i restart my computer it comes back. There are no error messages or anything at any point to help me figure out the issue. the placeholder in applications looks like this:

Any suggestions?
