How do I soften the edges of a picture?

I used to be able to soften the edges of a picture on a page. I can no longer find feature. Did that feature get taken away?

Keynote-OTHER, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

In Keynote 7.3:

select the image on the slide
go to Inspector > Format > Style and select the style as shown below
the extent of blurring is adjusted with the scale slider

Try this. Select the image, then the Style tab

Then click "Border" and chose this border. I was using the "White" theme when I tried this, not sure if it's in the same location for all of the themes.

this option is not there...just the typical borders
