High CPU usage by lsuseractivityd

Right, so I upgraded my laptop today to Os X Yosemite from Mavericks, and ever since my fan has been racking up and CPU temperature stood at 70 degrees Celsius minimum. I've looked into activity monitor and noticed the process lsuseractivityd has been using a minimum of 50% CPU and hence draining my speed and battery, and racking up the CPU temperatures.On OSX Mavericks I believe the average CPU temperature was around 40 degrees. as I looked into console I noticed lsuseractivityd is trying to access the 'BestAppSuggestion' xpc interface and continously failing for a process id which I found to be the dock. My Macbook Air specs are, 13" Early 2014, 1.7Ghz Intel Core i7 Dual core, 8GB Ram. Is there any way to shut down lsuseractivityd, or what is BestAppSuggestion? Since the computer seems to not miss any feature without it working.

This is the console log I get repetadely around 4 times per second

This helped me so much I have SO FAR I have the Lastest in 2015

IOS meaning INTERNET OPERATING SYSTEM 8.3 for iPad Mini it says the same thing on my iPad mini!!

so I am not sure at all what it means I need help!!

running on my IOS and i am not sure what it is?

To all having this issue. I deleted the isuseractivityd from my Library in the system portion of the Yosmite OS. Put it in the trash do not empty just restart

still waiting to see if OS starts acting up. But my MBP HAS NOT RAISED IN TEMP SINCE I REMOVED IT FROM THE LIBRARY..

Trash the isuseractivity from the system / Library and restart. Do not empty trash still waiting to see if OS acts up without it.

Trashed isuseractivity from SYSTEM / LIBRARY DO NOT EMPTY TRASH just restart after removing from library. waiting to see if OS acts up

without it. Battery acting normal no extreme heat issues. Working excellent after 4 hours of use no problems.

MacBook Pro 2012 i7 2.6 8GB 750HD.

According to Apple this is suppose to regulate CPU temp while watching Movies and playing games on the machine. And a OS reinstall would and should fix the issue. But doing what I did as to remove it from the system will not hurt it neither.

Try a SMC reset. The article covers when this is required, but doing this will not affect anything.
