iPhone 6 Plus November Orders!

Yay! My phone will be delivered on Tuesday! I hope every one enjoys their new phones for the holiday!!

I ordered my 6+ 128gb space gray on November 13th from verizon. Unfortunately they gave me a "worse case scenario" of December 5th ship date. I have been checking every single day and I still have not gotten a tracking number. A phone call up to verizon got me nowhere as well. I'm going to give customer service a call Monday morning if I don't see a change in my processing order. Very disappointing process for my first Verizon experience.

Weirdest thing, had a dream last night I got a shipping notification. However, when I woke up I knew it was dream and not so. Told myself--yeah your dreaming. Just wait until 18th to check status. Went on about business as usual for the day. I did check email as part of my daily routine and didn't get any new emails from ATT. Anyway, family friend was over inquiring about our cable and internet package. He recommended U-Verse. I logged into our wireless account to check pricing, and compare to our current provider. I couldn't help but click the button to check order status for my iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Gold ordered on 11/28 with estimated ship date of 12/18-30. AND LOW AND BEHOLD---> STATUS IS SHIPPED, coming from Texas and will arrive 12/10 (Wednesday) via FedEx!!!!!! Sooner than planned!! I'm so super freaking excited! Now, I need to shop for a case, any recommendations? I usually go for Otterbox or Lifeproof cases, but don't want something so bulky on an already "big" phone--but need the protection.

I Definitely recommend the OtterBox. For the new iPhones they are not near as big and bulky as in the past:-)

Does that include the Defender Series? That is the particular one I usually get for an iPhone. I've never tried a different series of Otterbox. Thanks!

Yes, that is the only one I have ever bought for all my iPhone's as well:-)

I would definitely recommend the Trentium case by New Trent. It gives great protection without adding bulk like the Otterbox. It makes the phone waterproof too. I love it cause its slim. My iphone 5 is still in pristine condition the battery stinks but still looks like new. I have dropped my phone too many times to count and have gotten it wet and you would never be able to tell. I had the Otterbox defender but got rid of it for the Trentium.

THE GOAT HAS SPOKEN!

I ordered a Apple iPhone 6Plus 128GB GOLD on Nov 11, 2014 through my local AT&T store. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery! I ordered a Samsung Galxy Note 4 for my wife and it came in the mailbox to her hand the next day!

My hands are both still very, very empty. Well, not entirely, I am holding my iPhone 3GS 32 Gb Black. 😟

Based on what I have read online, I am going to be waiting a long time to get my new iPhone 6 Plus. Apparently, there is a world-wide shortage and what stock they do have is going to China right now to coax along that new booming market. (I will not rant, at this time, about China's impact on American markets and on our employment opportunities. No, I will save that for the next election cycle...lol). I just want my phone... gimmie my phone dammit!

My expected delivery date is 12/22/2014 to 01/01/2015. There has been not one change to this date. I was hoping it might come earlier but I have resigned myself to not getting it before Christmas.

You would think they could have a couple hundred million of these things ready, so I don't have to wait. Sheesh! How hard can it be to invent the world's most innovative device and get half billion of them to market ON TIME PEOPLE!!?

Meanwhile there are 50,000 people in Singapore working their ***** off around the clock for a $1 a day in sweatshop factories, so fat lazy, unemployed americans like me can sit around and b!tch on facebook why their next pricey apple device, one of many expensive luxuries we already own, is taking a fair amount of time to reach their grubby little mits... So they can go on yelp and find the best Korean food truck in their town and check in from there... and post a picture of their high fat, high cholesterol meal for all the world to see.

While the working people in Singapore making 500,000,000 iPhones 6's don't even have enough time to make a decent bowl of rice and enjoy it... or enjoy anything for that matter cause they are being forced into working 96 hour weeks to make hundreds of millions of back-ordered iPhones! Dog Gone it! I just want my **** phone! They need to hurry up! LOL!

Well crafted post!! I am waiting for UPS as we speak to deliver my phone and my anxiety level is off the charts, mostly due to the fact that I feel like a spoiled brat who wants what they want and want's it NOW!!!! Thanks for making me feel I am not alone in feeling guilty! Ugh! This poor UPS guy, when he finally does arrive. Where is my baby, is he lost- stuck in traffic- being crushed by someone else's over-sized package?

I'm so sorry the wait is so long for you! 😢 You might consider cancelling and ordering from Apple. They can handle the upgrade for you if you are on the program AND they are shipping out the 128G 6 plus in less then 3 weeks. If you have an experience like I did with an ATT order in store and have already waited a month and they are giving you a ship date of end of Dec or Jan, I bet you will get it faster directly from Apple.

The carriers are the "middle" person between you and Apple so the wait is going to be longer! After I waited over a month with ATT and kept getting my ship date bumped back, I finally cancelled and order through Apple. Phone came a week earlier than they told me it would!

It's a much better buying experience as they keep you updated on status and give you HONEST answers 🙂

I haven't read the ATT customer forums recently, but as of a couple weeks ago there are still tons of very angry people who are waiting a very long time.

I know this is just a phone but the waiting process is brutal! Sheese, you would think we were all waiting on an organ transplant!

Estimated ship day WAS 12/18-12/30

Status changed from pending/processing to shipped on 12/07 with estimated delivery of 12/10!

Delivered yesterday (12/10) morning!

Love my new iPhone 6 Plus!!!
