My son has an iPad I have an iphone, the iPad keep using my number, and email address so my son can view all of my personal information with out permission. How can i sto this?

What do you mean 'iPad keep using my number' and what 'personal information' is being viewed on it ?
If Messages then you can log out of your account on it by tapping on your id in Settings > Messages > Send & Receive on it. If your emails then remove your email account from the iPad via Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > 'email account name' > Delete Account.
If something else ... ?
I do not want my email and phone number on my child's iPad. Help
