I have just purchased an iMac 5K Retina and wondered whether any one had a genuine source of photos or wallpapers that they could recommend, so that I could show off my new toy. I did download one that Apple use on their advert. and it looks great, but would like to access some more, if possible.

There's a whole bunch of wallpapers already available on your iMac. Use the System Preferences app to view and select different wallpapers. For my iMac 5K I created an iPhoto album with my best photos that I has previously scaled to 5120 X 2880 pixels. I then selected that album to use as my wallpaper and turned on the option to change the wallpaper every 30 minutes.
Thanks for that. I had not realised that they were 5K photos in Systems Preferences. I wondered whether there were any externally sourced images.
I'm sure there are images out there on the web that are of sufficient resolution to be good wallpapers on an iMac 5K.
