Downloading Plugin to FCPX

I am trying to download Pixel Film Studios Projection, but it says "Projections can't be installed on this disk. The contents of this disk can't be changed." How can I download this plugin?

WWhat is that FCP 10.1.3 disk? Is that a download of the trial version? You install plugins on your hard drive, not inside the application installer.

I tried that but when I open FCPX and check Generators the new generators are not there.
