Music folder in Finder, show Authors, Album, Duration, Year Recorded, Musical Genre, Rating, Title, Track Number columns

Hi all,

I've been searching and trying to find out how to show any of the Authors, Album, Duration, Year Recorded, Musical Genre, Rating, Title, Track Number columns inside a folder on the OS X finder, NOT through spotlight but rather inside the finder window itself.

I have a folder on my system with music that will indeed show this columns, I dont know how this happened and I dont know how to enable it for any other folder.

Im running Mac OS X 10.9.5.

Here are some screens:

The only difference between these folders is that the one with info columns has been enabled for sharing, Ive shared the other but info columns still wont show. Also, I thought that maybe adding both folders to iTunes will help with the ID3 tag information reading and somehow leak or integrate with the finder, that didnt happen also.

So bottom line, anybody has an idea how to enable this columns for the finder list view???
