IT happened to me as well when I downloaded latest update. Turning the zoom off has fixed it. So is that it or will apple fix this error coz I really need my zoom ??

iPhone 6. I Have gone into general accessibility zoom zoom filter and selected none. This has seemed to fix it.

The option that solved the problem for me was turning off Settings-General - Accessibility - Display Accomodations - Invert Colors

It got accidentally enabled while I was walking
