How can I load my own CD's into my iPad iTunes?

I have a PC with CD reader and ITunes on that old computer but the library is not the same as my iPad iTunes library.

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.2

You have to import the music into iTunes on your computer and then sync the music to the iPad.
