Did you, in fact, identify your iPhone's model number -- if so what is the final answer? It seems stedman has proclaimed ( 😉 ) it a *4* not a *4s* as you state.

Also, in the other thread, you seem to have avoided answering sjf's AND ChrisJ's questions - could that be because you indeed have an iPhone *4* and are seeking some way to *trick* the download into working - it will not.

is this "... elementary, my dear Watson." or do you have some way of finding out that I don't know about?
