I reset my password with iforgot..but i receive no messages from apple..i tried a lot of times but still..any hints?

now ive been using app store for 2 years now..and i use my app store's password every not and the,,but suddenly i was downloading t asked for my password..i entered my password but it says it wrong..i tried again and again but still no use..while am sure its the right one...i use iforgot..but i receive no emails to my email account...was I hacked? Please tell me if u have any solution..thanks in advance
