Cannot connect to App Store

My iPhone 5 was replaced by ISP because of battery bloat. I've updated to the latest 8.1.1 on my new iPhone 5.

Now I cannot connect to App Store. My wi-fi is working fine. I can connect to Internet on Safari but not to App Store.

My iPad can connect to App Store on the same network.

What happen & how to resolve?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your new replacement iPhone 5 and the latest iOS 8 update. If you are able to connect to the Internet in other regards, but are still having issues connecting to the iTunes Store or App Store, you may find the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:
