When receiving phone calls on my iPhone 6 plus the sound is too quiet. Volume is turned up full and the mute switch on side is NOT showing red.
Is there anyway to boost the volume other than putting it onto speaker which often means the caller cannot hear what I say?

I have a iPhone 6s too and it does the same thing, it's too quiet on phone calls, i also have a friend that has the same problem, it's particularly bad when there is a lot of background noise.
My friend end up going to Samsung and said it was much louder, I do not want to change just want to find a solution.
