I Dont know how they got this. That online site was well known here in kuwait. They are not selling 1 or 2 iPhones. They sold maybe thousand. Anyway. Im just also curious and find some answers in the web. If you think that this is illegal. Then let apple question them. I gave already the site were i bpught it and he gave already where he bought it. your comments are highly appreciated.
Who cares how many they've sold? It wasn't intended for sale in your area by Apple. You bought it from a grey-market supplier. While you didn't do anything wrong (technically), the act of bringing it into the country from another country with the intent to sell it in this way is technically illegal. But unless someone wants to enforce it or crack down on them (like your local government), it'll keep happening. In most areas where this happens, the local law enforcement and/or lawmakers get a little it of that action, so don't expect it to change anytime soon.
But all of that is irrelevant. You bought a grey market iPhone. You will have no warranty support in your area for that device, and yes, there's no guarantee when you're dealing with grey market that something hasn't been tampered with or that it's not really a legitimate device. When you're dealing with people willing to break the rules, you really have no guarantees on anything.
