I have to escalate my case, can someone help me getting any address where I can raise the concern

It's been a more then 10 days since then apple service center team is observing mobile problem...even there is no call from service center...Could you please suggest me where to contact?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.0.2

I had logged case with Apple, but still no help!!


I am facing my iphone overheating and battery draining out quickly since 5 months


Overheating happens while I have my flip case closed and open. Only time, I don’t feel overheat is when it’s switched off.


I contacted Apple technical support many times and as per their instructions, I have restored iphone to Factory Settings (Tech Support felt few apps in the iphone is the reason behind). It never worked.


Again 21st Nov 2014, I visited Apple Service Center (IPLANET) Bangalore for this concern. Observing iphone for 4 days, they felt “All is Well”. On the day of Collection, I showed the same stuff to Store Manager Sanjay (battery gone down to 15% in almost 18 minutes + Overheating too). Witnessing this Store Manager himself advised Engineers to report this to Apple Care.


Also have spoken to Service center guy(Sharavanan/Reghu) according to them there is the problem and same has been reported to apple by service center..apple is not able to replace the mobile this is what they said.

It's looks like I made a mistake that have purchased apple phone.

I need someone who can give me any point of contact where I can escalate this issue and get the resolution.

Sorry,I am not able to find the correct address where to escalate the issue!!!


Service center guys has shared their input and explain to apple care that the customer is facing issue!! hence there were no reaction from apple side about the replacement even mobile is under apple warranty!!


FYI :- Iphone5s was there in the apple service center onetime as I were faced right button issue! and this is the second time when I have visited service center!

Hi Pog,


I just wanted to make you sure that I have visited to the apple service center!! and it's looks like I am not getting resolution from apple care itself.

The reason to post my query here to just get the escalation matrix where I can highlights the issues and those can be address by apple.


As have clearly wrote in some past comments that I am not getting help from the apple care itself, that's why looking for escalation matrix.

Hi Peter,


I buy from online site early in this year, however there is no issue with the warranty as apple is supporting for service, but I have the overheating issue which causing a problem. Sometime have to switch off the mobile just to make down the temperature and to use continue ..same I have reported to apple and also reported by service center team I guess.

It;s looks like there is a hardware issue!! so looking forward for the resolution.
