Can I import a .PAB file (PC address book)?

I've checked everywhere for this answer, and even tried some programs from versiontracker, and nothing has worked. I'm hoping that someone here may have found a workaround.

I have an old mailbox.pab file -- my address book from my old job that I kept in my work PC's Outlook -- but I can't open or import it with Address Book or Mail.

Is anyone aware of a program that will extract the data from the .PAB file so I can import it into Mail or Address Book?
