My iphone 6 camera will not capture my credit cards no matter what I do. I position the camera over the card within the rectangle shown on the screen and hold still and nothing happens and I have tried different surfaces for the background and I've tried different cards-no pictures.
Did you click on the "shoot" button? It's the big white button in the middle at the bottom of the screen. The photo doesn't shoot itself. The photo should appear at the bottom of the same screen on the left.
LOL I forgot to mention I push the button and it only takes me to my Home screen. Thanks for answering me.
Also Apple just says to position and hold, nothing about pushing a button...
Position your card in the frame to capture the card information.
Are you taping the on screen spot, or the home button? Do not use the home button.
there is no spot on the screen and apple says you just center the card and it does the rest but nothing happens
Is it possible it captured the information without taking a photo? (I don't know if this is for Apple Pay?? And don't use that app )
