I Need to post this Apple id in Apple user to user Apple support communities sit but how can I help my I careated now it is fresh .
iPad Mini, iOS 8.1.1
If you aren't receiving the verification email to the email address that you put on the account then have you :
- checked the email account's spam folder as well as the inbox
- checked that the account is receiving other emails (if you send an email to that account does it receive it ?)
- double-checked that the email address that you put on the account is spelt correctly
- tried logging into the account via 'manage your apple id' button on http://appleid.apple.com and re-requested the verification email
- if you are receiving the email but the 'verify now' link doesn't show in it then try logging into the email account via a different browser and see if the link shows.
You are really posting in the wrong forum with your ideas - if you have ideas, submit them to Apple, not other users (there is nobody from Apple here):

But he not give me I new iCloud mail
There is a limit to how many free accounts can be set up on a device (that limit can't be changed) - you will either need to use one of the accounts that was previously been created on it, or use a different device or computer if you want another account.
Ok how can I delete one off the account i created but I am not use it .that he take a space on my iPad

The message means that the maximum number of accounts has been created on that iPad, you cannot create any more on it (and accounts don't use up space, only what you download uses up its storage) - you will either need to use one of the accounts that has already been created on it, or if you want another account then you will have to create it on a different device or computer.

If you are the same person as tie1 or the same person as User-To-User Apple support - you need to abandon use of all but one of your identities for purposes of posting in Apple Support Communities
