My Macbook is showing up the "old" white boot screen, not the new black one (Yosemite) since a few days.
Can anyone help me getting the black one with white Apple logo back?

What "new black one?" Macs still start with a gray screen and black Apple logo. During startup the screen may switch to black before returning to gray while it is re-loading previously opened applications. At least that's how it works on all my Macs.
Well on my new iMac (bought 1 moth ago) it starts with a black screen... Same with my Mac mini, and a few days ago also on my Macbook
Well, all the screens are black until you turn on the computer. Having used Macs for some 24 years I can safely say they all started with gray screens and a black Apple logo. If they really do start with a black screen then that is not a good sign.
Im sorry but I have to disagree.
Did a clean install of Yosemite and the black with white apple is there again in the whole boot process...

Yes, I believe that's the new startup screen in Yosemite. The other people responding to this thread clearly don't have Yosemite or they would know what you're talking about.
