I would like you to ask one question. I am planning to buy new iphone 5s from someone and I realized that pictures what he sent me it's written ICCID Unkown. What does it mean that? Should I buy this phone or not? Please give me your suggestions. There is IMEI number and MEID number. Just ICCID is unknown.

Hi The ICCID NUMBER is printed on the Sim card, if there is no Simcard in iphone that why it is unknown. If you buy iphone make sure that Find my iPhone is turned off and iphone is Restored back to Factory, settings. Cheers Brian
Exactly how is that screen being reached? It does not appear to be a standard iOS information screen. If you have access to the phone, navigate to Settings / General / About and scroll down, where you will find the Model #, Serial #, various MAC addresses, the IMEI and the ICCID, as registered in the firmware and hardware of the device. Make sure the Serial # listed there corresponds to that imprinted on the back of the phone.
Also, IF you do go thru the sale, MAKE SURE the device is released from the AppleID it should be associated with from the original owner, so you can then activate it with YOUR AppleID. If you need to find your IMEI/MEID and ICCID, tap the info icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Probably he clicked there. Only the problem why ICCID number is unkown :/
I suppose if there was no SIM in the phone, that would be what it would say. However, in an active phone, it's usually a bad sign, ranging from a bad SIM to a hardware issue. Proceed with caution.
