Does anyone know if I can delete this system file safely? It's causing shutdown stalls. If I can, do I just drag it to the trash and empty trash? Then do I need to reboot after?

The test output referred to a volume named "SD Clone." Please unmount that volume and try to shut down.
You see SD Clone in what portion of the report I provided above? That is my CCC backup, and I don't have that connected today. It may have been connected the other day when I provided you with the first Terminal report, and so was showing in that when you reviewed. But not today. So it wouldn't cause a shutdown stall.
I just looked in Disk Utility and don't see that connected, just the main HD is listed.
I am still getting strange messages in console. as line items in the all messages pane. I was hoping that the steps you had me do with Keychain might have solved for this, but maybe you suggested that step because you saw something else in the report I provided? Here is sample - seems its connected to anything that syncs (mail, calendar, contacts, etc.)

Please turn off iCloud Keychain again and leave it off. Can you shut down now?
Hi Linc - This morning, before turing iCloud Keychain off, I tested with a shutdown, and had no problems. It turned off in a few seconds. I guess the shutdown stall I had after going through the process in your instructions may have been caused by not waiting a bit longer to shutdown. For now, I am going to mark your post as helping me. Those Terminal codes helped with the shutdown stall messages, so I guess whatever framework thing was causing those it worked. Thank you!
If I upgrade to Yosemite again, and then get those shutdown stall messages caused by the framework folder, should I do those terminal codes again to fix? Or was this specific to Mavericks?
If you are able to find out why I am getting those problem sync messages I posted in message above I would be grateful. I was hoping that the last step in your instructions above would have helped, but no go.
Scary-looking messages appear in everyone's log all the time. No log message means anything except in the context of a functional problem, and maybe not even then. If you don't have a functional problem, you don't need to be concerned about the log.
