I searched on Mactracker info about my Mac Pro 6,1 (late 2013), where it is suggested to perform an update on the firmware: Mac Pro EFI Firmware Update 2.0. However, when attempting to install it, it says that it is not compatible with my system.
Any clue?

They are probably already installed.
Check your firmware version
Check your computer's EFI Boot ROM or SMC firmware version.

Thanks! It does end with 05. And the SMC version is the one already updated, it seems.... So, as it is not the same version (05 instead of 04), my guess is that that update is not needed. Right?

Thanks but neither worked on my system!
check you boot rom version using ASP; if it show ending in 07 rather than 04 then you cannot use that EFI firmware updater.
Don't install it. Perhaps you did not download the proper file or the update has already been done. Mac Pro EFI Firmware Update 2.0.
