Text Message Forwarding

All I do is text and my text message forwarding code won't show up, I've got all emails marked, bluetooth on, same network, turned iMessage off and on, disconnected the email from it and re added it, turned iCloud and iMessage off on all my other devices, reset my phone and my mac and it just won't show up.
