Good afternoon!

I I have a Problem in the Iphone 4, updated the operating system from 7.0.4 to 7.1.2. After a few times not introduced Icloud The correct units. but then entered correctly and gave me Itunes error "iphone could not be activated because an unknown error occurred (0x8000004). Please try again later.

What do I do with this error?

What do I do with this error? Tried resetting in your account, but can not remember what I wrote in the control questions (like reset, but no link to reset control questions)

I'm in Belarus, but you do not have a support service in Belarus and I can not contact support. Help solve the problem, I look forward to your company's favor.

I'm sorry I spoke about the fact that I am a citizen of the Republic of Belarus and can not contact those operating support With Apple on the phone. Could you direct me specifically, to address the issue, it is desirable to where existents correspondence. Or at least somehow give the opportunity to lose control questions with your personal account ID APPLE (I repeat there is no link to reset).
