Community Specialists are Apple employees who reply to topics that are more than a day old but have gone unanswered.

If you were wondering why these folks and Hosts get points, they have to have an ASC Identity = AppleID just like the rest of us so they can use the forum. When they do good, folks mark 'em so.

If I'm not mistaken, HKQ, weren't you wondering how Niel got the post count at the end of each of posts here > Posts Number ??
