I recently had a hard drive replaced at the Apple Store in Manhattan Village, CA. I'm having issues with the drive and want to schedule an appointment with the genius bar to troubleshoot. How do I avoid all of the tutorial stuff?

I got through and scheduled an appointment. I had previously been to your link page but didn't go far enough. After 5 or 6 more pages I finally found a window to the genius bar .... Apple's genius bar access is NOT user friendly. Thanks for your advice.
