how do i sync my iPhone notes to my macbook

I'm just trying to figure out how to get the notes that are already on my iPhone6 to sync onto my macbook. I'm sure there's a way this is done wirelessly, i just am unfamiliar with it. Also, if anyone knows of any sites that give tutorials or something along those lines for using my macbook and learning all that it is capable of, that would also be appreciated
