Having issues with loading adobe flash player . I recently began getting an message when watching some youtube video stating that my flash player is out of date. When I attempt the update , it will only load up to 39% and wont go pass that point. I completely removed flash player to perform a fresh install, still the same issue , now I have no flash at all for safari.

Thanks for the quick response , but I actually was able to get it done after speaking with a apple support agent. But to answer your question , I was downloading it directly from adobe's website. I have had this issue for weeks and tried everything . What I find interesting is , the agent instructed me to reboot in safe mode and install it , it worked like a charm.
That sounds like you might have some third party software which is effecting your network connection. The reason I say that is because the primary thing that the safe boot does is disable third party software on startup. So you may what to check what third party software you have installed.
Great point !!! I'm new to mac os . I was thinking about doing a complete factory restore , but not sure how just yet. I have all my file backed up to my network drive already.

Thanks Allan , I followed that step but strangely it seemed that the MacVeXe was hiding. I couldn't see it my safari extension or google chrome. However, I found another post and someone mentioned AdwareMedic , which did the trick. It actually found several other issues it corrected. I ran EtreCheck again and MacVeXe was gone.
