I have tried to disable call forwarding by going to settings/phone/sprint services/call forwarding disable (which is *720) and this does not work. I called Sprint and they said it was an apple issue and I should get with Apple. Can anyone advise me what I should do?

Call Sprint back. They can disable it.
I was hoping to not having to call them back, ugh! First she told me to try what I already did, then she said she would try until finally she said it was not a Sprint issue. Is this the sort of thing that can be taken care of in the Sprint store rather than have to talk to someone on the phone?
A store "MIGHT" be able to help you, but that sounds like something on the back end which phone support should handle. Sprint phone support.
It seems that Sprint frequently says its an Apple problem when the CSR doesn't want to deal with it. I suspect that they are rated on how quickly they can disconnect a call.
Sorry, looks like messed up on replying here. Anyway, I am too tired to call Sprint back right now, so I will try them again in the morning and hope I get someone different. I appreciate the responses here..
Unfortunately, Sprint's customer support seems to be on a level with their coverage and service in general... pathetic.
