Black Spot on the screen! what is it?

my iPhone 5s without any accident appeared small black spot like half circle on the left bottom corner, but the next day i saw even more mysterious thing the the spot grew in size and move towards centre of the screen by nearly 10mm. the area under the spot working perfectly even texting and on the screen shot doesn't show up at all? what is this?
