mid 2014 13" macbook pro World of Warcraft
So I have a mid 2014 13" macbook pro with one and only upgrade:2.8ghz i5 processor.I would like to run wow on this and since i am uninformed and can't seem to find good enough information for me I am asking here.I downloaded wow starter edition on mac to see how it would run.I started human and I'm lvl 7-8 atm but still in the starting area.I have almost everything on low,and my resolution set to 1650x1080.I locked my fps at 28.My macbook was getting temperatures up to 75 degrees or more so I started my iStats and ran a higher rpm fan setting.I'm running at around 4300 rpm and my macbook is around 60 degrees now.Bottom line:can the higher rpm hurt my macbook/fans in a way I will notice;will it shorten it's usage if I have the macbook plugged into power source;any facts you may want to add. Also I am using the last version of OS X yosemite.
Appreciate it.
