Softbank iPhone Unlocking to Philippine Sim Card Globe

I have bought a 2nd hand iphone here in Japan but it is locked in Softbank. They said they are not offering unlocking services. How can I legally unlock this iphone? I plan on using Philippine Sim Card on it.

You can't. SoftBank does not offer unlocking. Only the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking the phone. You can use it as an iPod Touch with a SoftBank SIM or you can sign up for service with SoftBank and pay International roaming rates.

You bought the wrong phone. Get your money back if you can. If you can't, sell it to someone in Japan who wants to use SoftBank or someone somewhere else that just wants to use is as an iPod Touch.
