iPod Touch 4 Battery Replacement

I live in Atlanta, Ga and have an iPod touch 4. Anybody know anyone who will actually replace the battery? It is soldered and glued in. I've been to three apple stores and all want to replace my iPod instead of replacing the battery. This is unacceptable for me. Any ideas?
