iPad App Problem Total Downloader Pro

I have had the great app (it was great) Total Downloader Pro on my iPad Air (before that iPad Mini) and recently I am being blocked from downloading any You Tube video.

I used to be able to download many streaming videos this way to watch later to save my broadband time.

Now I get a dumb message:

"Downloading videos from You Tube has been disabled maintain compliance with You Tube Terms of Service"

Ok or Copy Page URL... neither of which will allow any downloading.

I do not have any agreement with You Tube, so please rectify this App or refund me my money please.

So, that being the case, Apple should ensure that any money Apple makes from a developer can be justified by ensuring that the developer is not taking money under false pretences via iTunes.

In the case of Total Downloader, any one who has paid for the app, should be refunded if the app is not delivering as it set out to do and was sold on iTunes on that basis.

Australian consumer law covers such situations.

Australian Consumer and Competition Commission will take action under its authority to act on behalf of Apple customers as a class action.

Unless Apple rectify this with Total Downloader developers many thousands will be invited to join in lodging a notice with the ACCC.
