Gateway Manager issue when setting up AST

I am trying to set up Apple Service Tools at my work. I have a mid-2012 Mac Pro running Yosemite and OSX server. My problem seems to be gateway manager. On any UUT I try to connect I get a message saying there was a network error and to check my gateway configuration. When I run Gateway Manager on my machine I keep getting a searching for gateway message. I've gone into the settings and verified them and I get an "authenticating" message and then "Server not available" I've double checked the server name that was pre-populated (I can ping it and go to it via web). I've verified my Apple ID (It did say expired so I was forced to change my password - it being expired was news to me!). Everything else looks right - The Store location is correct and the Ship To, which prepolulated, was off by 5 so I tried the ship to listed in GSX. It is quite possible that we have multiple ship to's. I did try connecting with the one that was prepopulated and with the one from GSX with no luck Any help would be much appreciated!

This machine was upgraded from Mavericks
