Accessing the "speaker phone" during a call.

Once I am in a call, how do I activate the speaker phone? While on the call, the "keypad" shows, but there seems to be no way to turn on the speaker phone. The only time I can put my call on the speaker is before I connect with the party I am calling. Many a time in the past few days, especially while "on hold" it would have been easier to lay the phone down and turn the speaker on. I can't do that once in the call.

Thanks for your response Phil

Maybe that is my problem. When I am in a call, I only see the numbers, and the green phone icon. On the bottom of the screen, there is a Star for Favorites, a Clock for Recents, a Head for Contacts, a Blue Icon icon resembling a keypad for Keypad, and an Icon for Voicemail.

The "Hide" text is missing.

There should be a small text icon ('Hide') in the lower right of the screen. Do you see that, either before or after doing the reset described above? If so, tap it.

Lawrence - that usually comes up when there is a secondary number to dial - I participate in a lot of conference calls and the letters "Dial XXX..." will appear on the left lower end on the opposite side of the Hide button

For example if someone has dial 877-668-4490;;2134567# then one can dial the entry code (2134567#) using that functionality
