how do you download my wish list to pc?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

If you have added items to your Wish List in the iTunes Store, you can purchase them by following the instructions outlined below.

Buy items from your Wish List, Preview History, iTunes Radio History, and history of songs identified by Siri

iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

1. In the App Store or iTunes Store, tap the Preview History icon.
   
2. Tap Wish List and tap the price next to the item you want to buy.
3. Tap the Buy button.
4. When prompted, type your Apple ID password.
   

Mac and PC

1. Open iTunes and go to the iTunes Store.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID, if you aren't signed in already.
3. Click on your account name.
4. Select Wish List.
5. Click the desired content type within Wish List.
   
6. Click the price under the item you want to buy.
7. Type your Apple ID password, if prompted.
8. Click Buy.

Use Wish List and Preview History in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Just open the wish list and buy them one at a time by clicking on the price.

Unlike older versions of iTunes that you may remember, there is no "Buy All" button.
