Aug 17, 2015 9:28 AM in response to bigguwop305by Motyp,I took my broken headphones to an Apple Store and asked if they can fix it... First of all the guy had no idea and manners! He didn't even know the type of my headphones!!! He told me to buy a new one because the repair will cost the same.. I asked him why but he couldn't provide me any answer since he had no clue!!
It's a shame!! I've been a very loyal customer to apple, and have all their products!! The way they responded was very unprofessional and made me to think twice next time buying an apple product!

Jul 20, 2016 10:12 PM in response to bigguwop305by E Advise,Usually they don't repair the headphones, they offer a trade in of sorts for a new pair. For example [Solo2 right side not working] they say it would be $100 to get that issue figured out but they send you a new pair and you send your pair to them. In the past I got my headphones fixed my a company online. They did me good. Joe's Gaming & Electronics got them fixed for almost half of that price.
