Yes they do. My beats solo 2 wireless wouldn’t turn on so they next day aired me an empty box with a return label. I put my beats and sent it back. Within 5 days they sent me BRAND NEW ONES!! They have great customer service. Just Apple in general, just keep in mind it has to be under warranty for them to repair or replace your headphones
Actually all you have to do is calm the Apple support number and tell them what your problem is, and they'll send you a box to put your headphones in it so that you can send it back to them.
Same thing I just did today but I has physical damage I hope they don't make me pay

What if you have had the beats for more than a year? Will Apple be flexible, and repair it?
They may repair them; they will also most likely charge for the repair.
