Could not load Internet Accounts preference pane.

Hello,

Please open the finder and use go > go to folder to access this directory:

~/library/containers/

including this ~

Move the folder com.apple.internetaccounts (or very similar) to the trash. Don't empty the trash yet.

After doing this, restart your OS X. Issue solved? If not, place the folder back from the trash to ~/library/containers/
