Can't access Bestbuy.com on AT&T data...

When I try to login to my bestbuy account, I get this message. But it works completely fine when I am on Wi-Fi.

Called AT&T, they have no idea what the problem is.... They told me to call Apple but I don't think they are the problem. It seems the problems lies within my AT&T sim card... Tried getting a new one but same problem. <b>Could bestbuy.com possibly block my phone number from accessing the login and check out page? </b> Sounds like a reach but it works on my Wi-Fi. Here's a list of things I've tried so far:



1. Reset network settings.

2. Put sim card into another factory settings iPhone and tried again with Data plan, still doesn't work but works on Wi-Fi.

3. Went to AT&T store and got a new sim card, same problem.

4. Turning phone off and on.

5. Reset all settings.

6. Tried multiple web browsers and even the bestbuy app.

7. Tethered my Data plan to another iPhone and that problem persist on that phone connected to my Data.



Does anyone have any input at all? This is one of the strangest things I've ever encountered. I'm starting to get desperate.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.2

Here is an option for you to consider:


Find someone you know that has AT&T and see if they can access that website on their device - preferably same phone as you

If they can - well let us know we can try to brainstorm some more

If they cannot - it is most likely an AT&T server problem blocking those IP addresses

It happened on T-Mo with a couple of gaming sites that had people complaining


Can you do what I suggested and let us know?

I've contacted a friend, and hes able to get to log in page on bestbuy fine with no problem. I have contacted ATT and they are stumped with the issue as well. The gave me case number but im not holding my breath, i doubt i'll hear from them.

I do have data on for that app. It was working before, i never changed any settings. I even tried on chrome and safari as well as the app and same problem. Even put my sim card into a iphone 5 factory restored and i still get the same problem.
