APPLE ENCRYPTION

Does Apple have a similar technology to MBAM fromMicrosoft BitLocker where the encryption keys are stored centrally in the enterprise and not with Apple nor locally with the user (as they lose keys) which is a legal requirement? This would be required on a couple of hundred (and will grow) MacBooks running on Yosemite.
