i still have wifi problem with yosemite 10.10.2. I use D-link Dir615. My ipad and iphone have no problem with this route. My Laptop ( rmpb 2013 early 15 inch ) has no problem with another router TP-Link. I'm just confused why it works so badly with my D-Link!!!!!

People always seem to think that routers are perfect, that they conform to all standards, and that they couldn’t possibly be the cause of any network problems including WiFi. “Well, my router works okay with my PC but not my Mac so therefore the Mac is the problem.” That’s not necessarily true. Routers differ in price and quality, both hardware and firmware. Routers with good reputations receive firmware updates. The older a router is the more likely it is to have issues with modern hardware.
Your DIR-615 came out three years ago. Have you updated its firmware to keep current?

the problem is when i used mavericks, there was no problem. but since i use yosemite, the wifi performance is so bad....
last month i used tplink ( also old product ) for one month, no problem with Wifi......
I am having the same problem.
Issue with wifi began on the 27th. Updated to 10.10.02 on the 28th and it seemed to work. But now the issue has begun again. So disappointed.
so disappointed with apple!! we paid 2000 euro, but can't use wifi.......even a 200 euro laptop can do that...that's ridiculous
Funny thing is that my Wifi was working perfectly before I updated yesterday and now my Wifi says its connected but disconnects every 3-5 seconds from the ISP, Internet, and Server. This essentially makes the Internet completely unusable since my 2010 Macbook Pro doesn't have a Ethernet port. Apple needs to fix this ASAP but if anyone finds a fix, please share. I had to boot up into Kali Linux to even make this post. I can say that the problem is 100% with the Yosemite update and not a hardware issue since WiFi works perfectly in Linux. Very frustrating.
absolutely, cause i had no problem under mavericks. it's already 10.10.2, but the problem still not fixed
yea.. 10.10.2 didn't do any good for me either.. i think it's got even worse than before.. before i could use wifi and magic mouse at the same time, and having some occasional wifi issues..
now, i kind of have to choose between mouse and wifi.. if i use Magic mouse my wifi internet connection WILL disappear(eventually) or internet will be unbelievably slow..
my advice... if you still have not updated to 10.10.2, save your nerves and stick to what you have now.. maybe another "great" solution will come.. it's kind of choosing between two evils..sad..

Check my latest post. I am affraid it is a problem beetween WIFI 2,4 Ghz and Bluetooth.
This kind of problems existed on mavericks and was fixed after months...
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

Mavericks Wifi performance was good,
Yosemite wifi performance *****, but connection stays active
Windows laptop wifi performance is good.
Using Enterprise class Cisco 802.11n (2.4&5Ghz) access points with up to date firmware.

and i tried to downgrade to mavericks, but it failed. so i have to use yomemite.............

Big wifi problem here too. Before 10.10.2 I had some problems with wifi... now I got a lot of problems! The wifi connection with my router works for just some seconds and then it stops working.

I've discovered that, when there's no connection, if I click in the wifi icon on the menu bar, it reconnect and works for some seconds, then it drops again.

i have the same problem, also with dlink, but dlink dir615.......
