How to not have natural scroll in Windows?

So I installed windows on to my mac and then installed bootcamp 5.1 but for some reason the scroll is inverted from what it is normally in Windows. I don't want my scroll to be inverted that is why I turned it off natural scrolling in OSX but I can't do that in the bootcamp tray icon. Any idea how I can to do this in Windows or Have I just found another fairly major bug in bootcamp?

I tried the registry hack here "http://superuser.com/questions/310681/inverting-direction-of-mouse-scroll-wheel" but that only worked up until I rebooted and then didn't work after that no matter what I did.

so far I not having a great experience with my new mack book. : (
