what's ifunbox?

What do you mean 'what's ifunbox' and 'official or not' ? If it's this app iFunbox, then its description page in the store says that it's a photo and video app, but the reviews for the current and previous versions of the app refer to other things and (apart from one review) are all 1 star

If official means "Made by Apple", then no. But many users use it, it's not a "malware" or anything like that. However, this might mess up with the iPhone OS if you play around with it, so be careful with what you do with it.
