Wake Time in Boot Camp about 5 seconds with MacBook Pro Retina (October 2013)

I use Windows with my MacBook, and I noticed the wake time from lifting the lid of my MacBook Pro with Retina is quite long. Especially considering the laptop I'm replacing is 4 years old and wakes up almost instantly, and it doesn't have an SSD. Are there any quick fixes/ solutions for this? Mac OS X works just fine, but I'd like to have decent wake times for my Windows install. I noticed the drivers from Boot Camp are a bit dated themselves...

These are the details from the power state labeled an "error". (The system firmware has changed the processor's memory type range registers (MTRRs) across a sleep state transition (S4). This can result in reduced resume performance.) The event ID is 137. I've done my turning off bluetooth and wifi and a couple other devices. I also turned fast start-up on in Windows. These are the details from a general message using that link you gave me:

The system has returned from a low power state.
