tested a few other 6 plus same exact phone snd they do not have this problem at all, it even happens to me in landscape mode, when in landscape and it happens I can see the next page of apps creep through below/beside the dock
Have you tried restarting or resetting your iDevice?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds). No data will be lost.
If no success try: Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
If none of these work then try restoring you iPhone to Factory. See here for how to do this:
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings ...
Test your iPhone before restoring to your backup.
If that doesn't solve the problem there may be a hardware problem with your iPhone 6+.
i beloeve eve it happens randomly when I rotate the screen, also to fix this I must switch into an app screen or rotate a few times or even double click like I was closing apps...wired and random
Tried all that, does not remedy the problem, maybe I'll go
to apple and see what they say, they've already replaced this phone once, it's only been a pain to own so far....
