under Mavericks there was a TERMINAL script that fixed the default setting for printing from PREVEW to 100%, this has been lost after upgrading to YOSEMITE, and the old code appears not to work.
Does anyone have a fix for this?

In Terminal application:
defaults write -app Preview PVImagePrintingScaleMode 0
No restart necessary

Can the same method be used to modify ColorSync Utility's scale default as well?

This worked for me on OS X El Capitan 10.11.5. Very happy!
